Wh = mAh x 3.7 / 1000
So a 20,000 mAh power bank is around 74 Wh. This matters because airlines usually limit spare lithium batteries by Wh. In general, power banks under 100 Wh are accepted in cabin baggage, while models between 100 Wh and 160 Wh may require airline approval. Power banks should normally be carried in hand luggage, not checked luggage.
Charging speed: check the watts
Charging speed depends on the output power, measured in watts. For smartphones, 18W to 30W is usually enough. For tablets or handheld consoles, 30W to 45W is more comfortable.
For laptops, look for USB-C Power Delivery and at least 45W output.
